About

I’m a Milwaukee native and have been working in mental health for over thirty years.

I received my Bachelor and Master Degrees from the Medical College of Wisconsin and my PhD was earned through the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, College of Nursing with a focus on research.

Over the years I’ve taught in a University setting while maintaining a clinical practice. My training in Internal Family Systems has informed all of my practice since 1999.

I’ve also had the privilege of working for ten years with U.S. Military Veterans in the V.A. system. I am grateful for the warm relationships and deep experiences during that time.

My current practice is in the city of Milwaukee. I offer an individualized approach to help others unburden and become clear and confident about their lives.

When I’m not working with clients or teaching, you can find me in the garden, out urban sketching, or putting together a tasty meal in my kitchen.
